With hosted environments sometimes taking control away from the customer, we give full access to the hosted portal so that you can easily manage your own requirements. You can, for instance, listen to call recordings, change extension names, and create forwarding rules to name a few.
With all our voice services we offer redundancy on internet connections with failover configuration on Mikrotik RouterOS.
By managing your firewall and remote access you are assured of a safe network. Our redundant or primary internet solutions are provided by means of Fibre, Spectrum Wireless, Satellite, LTE, or Broadband wireless. When feasible, services will be provided by Liquid telecoms, Vodacom, or MTN through our channel partnerships.
